No Matter What

A holiday. A day off school. Hike planned. It almost always is. Do I remember what a free day is like? Not really. I contemplated staying home. I really didn't feel to go but neither did I want to spend a day home wishing I had gone! I went....the hike was amazing. That is usually how it works.Why do I allow my attitudes to try and make me not do things? I am learning. It is a slow process! God still real teaching me things even in my years! First stop.. natural cave. I held the light for everyone to pass through. As the massive bats kept a cool breeze blowing on the back of my neck the mosquitoes kept my legs swinging as well! Part of Concord Falls hike and pose! The main falls....many were jumping I am competitive. I hate to not be able to do things. I will push myself beyond what I think I am capable at times. It's been a busy week. When someone you lived with for two years goes away it leaves an empty spot. They become a part of you. BUT...life changes. Life goes on. The new becomes normal and such has become the case here in the blue house.  It is still good to have Jo back and relive the bygone days. Her singleness is about to come to an end and I am excited to be in her wedding in July. This is our first year together...CAN I SAY CHUBBY BUNNY!!!!!! Whoi....I am glad time changes some things! lol. And here we are now three years lata! beautiful sunsets  fun times with friends... food is the best! am keeping this lil guy today. I am going to miss him like crazy next year... IF only I could take him with: I would in a heartbeat! yeah it was bath time...he was quite the good sport..shampoo everywhere and all! We learned about plants in science and so we followed the experiment in the book and plated some seeds upon cotton. Surprisingly it worked....They grew in no time and are now transplanted into the garden. The pumpkin is always bigger on the the other side of the fence..unfortunately...I guess it doesn't belong to us. the rest of the vine appears to think it owns our property but of course no fruit grows upon that part!!! UGH! The results of the fruit of the land. Some amazing banana bread...enough plums to feast on till plump, and mangoes sweet as can be...mmmhmm! 

It was a normal service. Just the service was farther away. We took the truck up near Concord Falls to Thaddeus sister's house where we spent the afternoon singing ..and singing...and singing..in the hot sun. Following that we drove back into the falls and enjoyed a short time there being entertained by jumpers from above. They had hot dogs along as well for a little snack. "The fishermen know that the sea is dangerous and the storm terrible, but they have never found these dangers sufficient reason for remaining ashore." Vincent Van Gogh Yes the sea is a dangerous place but it holds excitement.thrill.adrenaline rushes.WATER.tipped kayaks.floating water bottles.oars.swimming people.massive waves.blisters.sun. It was worthy to be called a day. The peaceful start of kayaking was turned into a struggle upon massive waves and heavy breeze. We went no where. Or wait did we? Yes we did go somewhere. UNDER A MASSIVE 15 FOOT WAVE~ a wave that thought necessary to have us swimming in the deep trying to collect our belongs and upright everything that was flipped.(it's what I get for not watching my surroundings and trying to take a pix of a fellow tipped kayaker!) I did get the picture but in seconds I was swimming right with him! Thus started the solo kayaking for me. No longer in a double. It was work. Much more work than what I was in before!

I arrived to school to this. Yes piles of unnecessary junk food. I don't wanna ever hear people say I don't eat. Pretty sure I am going to be the only one eating this stuff. Some of the cake was shared out as well as a candy bar. Myriads of cards were piled upon my desk. I felt loved.   They did not need to bring lunch. I tried a pinterest noodle/ hot dog thing. It worked wonderful till I added a cheese sauce to the noodles and they began to slip away from the hot dogs. Hannah still sporting her Birthday fun during games class! We made crocodile clackers for art..or just something fun for a Friday. They were quite tickled with them and I was glad for something that took a little bit of time so it would fill up the day! We did Math in the morning so that this lil miss could catch up on some tests she had skipped being out the two days before. Pin-the-tail on the donkey was one of the birthday games we played.
