No Matter What

A weekend away with Kendall's around appears to be the majority of the time that we will spend with them...but we made the most of it and had a good weekend. patiently waiting for the kayaks a bit oversized life jacket but still workable Joshy wanted a turn too these two...Anna and Ellie are trouble all around making a dam and getting muddy. life is good water fight. the balloons were to be for the kids but as you can see... crazy face all the time rocket balloons that go sky high and screech the whole way Becky and Owen girls and curls these kids adore him. Anything for attention. grilled frog legs fresh from the Stelfox pond!

Morning time came to pick up these lovely people. I'm not sure if it was due to the excitement or lack of patience in traffic but this trip to JFK seemed to take forever. Hunger , a much needed potty break and traffic jams contributed to my lack of patience quite a bit. Upon arrival and meeting these people it was worth it. So so good to have them here. No time was wasted. I was quite ok giving my boots a rest and catching up with Brenda! out for supper at a favorite restaurant and then some mini golf keeping Jaxson entertained He is so much fun. It was wonderful to have them around for a week. It will be good to have them back again in a few more. 

I  guess they say there is a little redneck in all of us. To the hillbilly north we headed..NY!  it's rodeo time! There was lots of patriotism but I was amazed as a prayer was said before it all began. I guess there is still prayer in public places. out of control horse stupid clown..he did have some humor though bull riding she had quite the stunts calf roping barrel racing my dear friend Betty that took me there. all ended with rain and fireworks oh and a nice cup of timmies! we went walking. it was beautiful. I wanted to see a bear..but none came to me Thanks Betty for the wonderful weekend. It was so much fun to catch up with you again...and get myself out of Lancaster for a little again :) *you will have to excuse the blurry pix...they were all taken from a phone :(

My mother has a thumb for plants. The one day I decided to take a few pictures...Wow..there were so many beautiful blooming plants. ok so...this isn't floral...but it's a beautiful thing :) I even got some little people training! Babysitting for the night...the kids enjoyed the Empty Chicken barn=fun "take a picture of me"...was interrupted when a sibling rammed in behind . . now we have this and of course this they must both cry at same time.  Anna...she is the crazy one she's becoming a momma baby but she did amazingly well for me. I love her dearly I told her she should have asked the little amish girl that went by how to use it! Addy..in her happy moment...she can't squirm so well in it though watching the storm and rain coming loving any attention let's call it a night with this then off to the bath tub and tucked into bed All asleep wh...
