Field Trip

...Yesterday was field trip. It was a short day but a good one. Our first stop was at the museum in St. George's. We were shown each and every thing and told the history of it. The students did exceptionally well with listening even though some of it was much above their heads. Following the tour of the museum we hiked it up some large amounts of steps to Fort George. There the students unleashed some energy by going through the tunnels and getting a good look of town from a higher perspective. After eating lunch up there it was time to go home!

..here it is. It's hot, dry, and breezy. The month is almost halfway gone already. sigh. It's hard to believe it's been one whole year already that I've been married to this wonderful man. He truly is so extremely good for me. Marriage is a wonderful thing. It's good to have the first year behind us though. We look forward to many more! February 7 is Independence Day. The churches had a picnic and cooked the national dish. Kyla...or little Cindy as I call her. oil down...it was deliciously made by Sammy. A few wore their Independence colors!  Sailing festival was also held the other weekend on the beach. I was wishing so badly I had remembered my camera but alas phone pictures had to work! Grenada at a glance

We are back from Grenada well over a month...more like six weeks and I just now realized I never blogged about it. So here goes. It will be mostly pictures cuz I ain't got any more time then I had the last 6 weeks. Oh where does time go? He slept all but the last hour or so. The beach makes tired and grumpy babies!
