~just another weekend

Ten years ago if you would have told me I would like weeks better than weekends I would have probably cuffed you in your face and told you ya gone mad! My how times change. So to kill my boredom I made Expresso Muffins. I love to make things. I do not like to eat them!

I don't know where nothing is in this place. Thus the few muffins with out papers. As soon as mom reach back she was like "oh..they are such and such a place." I knew that would happen!

I did eat one. It was delightfully coffee-ish!

My dear mother picked me a flower...and this lil guy..oh how I miss him but we are enjoying seeing each other via skype...my connection to my better part of the world!

Also spent the day Saturday with the sister doing some shopping. Although shopping ALONE ranks pretty high on my list it was fun to have her join me!

..here it is. It's hot, dry, and breezy. The month is almost halfway gone already. sigh. It's hard to believe it's been one whole year already that I've been married to this wonderful man. He truly is so extremely good for me. Marriage is a wonderful thing. It's good to have the first year behind us though. We look forward to many more! February 7 is Independence Day. The churches had a picnic and cooked the national dish. Kyla...or little Cindy as I call her. oil down...it was deliciously made by Sammy. A few wore their Independence colors!  Sailing festival was also held the other weekend on the beach. I was wishing so badly I had remembered my camera but alas phone pictures had to work! Grenada at a glance

We are back from Grenada well over a month...more like six weeks and I just now realized I never blogged about it. So here goes. It will be mostly pictures cuz I ain't got any more time then I had the last 6 weeks. Oh where does time go? He slept all but the last hour or so. The beach makes tired and grumpy babies!
